Refund policy

We are happy to give a full refund on items that do not meet the purpose that it was created for. We do not give refunds on simply changing your mind so please choose carefully.

In the case of the item being defective please email castingflorals@geltime.co.nz as soon as you notice the defect to discuss the situation.
